Emma was not supposed to be an innovator. As a single mother of the adorable Mahé and a planner in an electrical cable factory, Emma was committed to doing her job well and satisfying her customers. Her daily routine was well established, but that summer, things were about to change: the financial state of the factory did not bode well... Far from giving up, Emma understood that their only solution was to reinvent their company, to innovate, to differentiate themselves and to create value. So began a quest for innovation that was marked by several steps, during which Emma was able to rely on her family and co- workers. Between discovering the needs of electricians, designing a new solution and conducting user tests, Emma demonstrated her unfailing motivation to support the plant’s new project. In this constantly changing world, Emma does not know, Emma learns, but aren’t we all learners?
